Education Content Creator

About the role

This role is a 12-month maternity cover position within the Education team, responsible for owning education content and Learning Management System (LMS) operations. The successful candidate will design and build learning modules, manage learner experiences, and collaborate with subject matter experts to support customers in the crypto and blockchain space.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end learning design and build, including storyboarding and module creation
• Building e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs
• Refreshing and evolving current Elliptic Learn products to ensure accuracy
• Creating learning materials ranging from knowledge delivery to scenario-based practical exercises
• Owning the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS)
• Enrolling and onboarding internal and external learners and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and content-marketing projects
• Using AI tools to optimize content creation and LMS workflows
