About the role
The Senior Solutions Architect will architect and evolve the customer enablement motion within the Customer Training and Development team. This strategic role involves engaging with enterprise accounts to scope enablement, designing customer-specific upskilling paths, and utilizing AI to deliver tailored curriculum modifications. The architect will serve as a technical authority, partnering with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between legacy networking and modern cloud transit security.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes ACE workshops and customer-specific enablement sessions using dynamic whiteboarding techniques.
- Architect learning solutions against real customer technical environments and use cases.
- Engage pre- and post-sale with enterprise accounts as the lead technical authority on enablement scope.
- Partner with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to build customer-specific upskilling paths.
- Influence the long-term ACE curriculum roadmap based on field signal and emerging product capabilities.
