Senior Regional Account Manager

About the role

FormMed HealthCare is seeking a Senior Regional Account Manager to strategically develop and expand our presence in the Westschweiz region, including Geneva, Jura, Freiburg, Bern, and Wallis. You will act as a key partner to healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and pharmacies, by providing high-quality micronutrient solutions. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for market penetration, new customer acquisition, and long-term client retention in the Westschweiz region.
• Conduct personal consultations with doctors, therapists, and pharmacies to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and grow the sales territory by identifying new market potentials and leveraging an existing professional network.
• Monitor market trends and customer developments to derive and implement actionable sales measures.
• Represent the company at professional events, congresses, and networking functions to strengthen brand presence.
• Utilize CRM systems and digital sales tools to plan activities and track performance against KPIs.
