Legal Engineer

About the role

Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineer to act as a trusted advisor to law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them understand and implement AI solutions. You will partner with Account Executives to secure the legal win by performing in-depth customer discovery, leading tailored product demonstrations, and translating legal workflows into AI-driven value. This role requires a deep understanding of legal practice and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers’ specific legal problems.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with lawyers.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies.
• Synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a legal lens.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in England & Wales
