Legal Engineer

About the role

Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineer to bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to law firms and in-house legal teams, demonstrating how Harvey's AI solutions can enhance their specific workflows and securing the legal win during the sales process. This role involves deep customer discovery, product demonstrations, and providing a legal perspective to the sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with lawyers.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the sales team develop effective strategies.
• Synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a legal lens.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
