Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Capital on Tap is looking for Senior Full stack Engineers to join as founding members of their new Lisbon office. You will build robust and scalable solutions for credit card and payment products while helping shape the team culture from day one. The role begins fully remote and will transition to a hybrid setup once the office opens.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and scalable solutions using .Net technology
• Own the full SDLC from initial code to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Craft responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React
• Partner with Product Managers, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs as they arise
• Communicate technical concepts to align with business goals
