Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Atolls is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Munich or remotely within Germany. You will play a key role in providing a seamless web experience that enables users to find shopping capabilities through search, navigation, and a personalized home page. Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with the platform to make informed shopping decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern architectures using Next.js, AWS technologies, Microservices, NoSQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Take ownership of solution architecture, improving performance, security, scalability, modularity, and operational efficiency.
• Drive feature development from inception to delivery, contributing to an ambitious product roadmap.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on exposure to emerging technologies.
• Foster an open communication culture, encouraging feedback and supporting conflict resolution.
