About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Coordinator to manage our service operations, coordinate technicians, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You will work closely with management to shape our service processes and drive team success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians, plan assignments, and set priorities independently.
• Distribute tasks, provide guidance, and support the team in achieving results.
• Serve as the primary contact for business clients to clarify requests and schedule appointments.
• Monitor ongoing orders, identify obstacles, and implement solutions.
• Ensure services are documented and prepared for billing.
• Improve internal workflows in collaboration with the team.
