About the role

The Audi Business Innovation GmbH is looking for a student to support their team at the intersection of digital products, corporate brands, and internal departments. You will analyze and optimize processes, develop knowledge management concepts, and explore the use of AI in service management and automation. This role offers insights into project management and digital product development within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential
• Model and visualize process landscapes to ensure transparency for stakeholders
• Develop modern knowledge management concepts and prepare content for AI-supported systems
• Investigate automation potential for service and support processes in Jira Service Management
• Evaluate AI use cases in knowledge management and service management
• Support agile events and facilitate team collaboration
• Conduct analyses and develop KPI dashboards to derive improvement recommendations
