About the role
The Founders' Associate works directly with the founders and the Head of Founders' Office to manage high-priority strategic projects that do not yet have a dedicated team. You will be responsible for driving these initiatives from analysis to execution, including market entry strategies, pricing architecture, and operating model adjustments. This role is designed for individuals who can navigate unstructured problems and deliver tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects from the group agenda such as new service lines, pricing architecture, and operating model changes.
- Analyze market size, entry costs, and regulatory requirements for new market expansions.
- Evaluate and negotiate partnerships within the accounting and tax professional services sector.
- Build financial models and business cases to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor team performance against commitments and address delays proactively.
- Prepare materials for partner and investor meetings.
