Specialist Onboarding & Employee Development

About the role

The Specialist Onboarding & Employee Development will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience and employee development initiatives within the newly founded ADVITOS Academy. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and supporting the design and implementation of internal training and development programs. The successful candidate will act as a central point for learning, qualification, and professional growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously develop the company-wide onboarding concept and processes.
• Organize onboarding events and maintain onboarding checklists and learning paths.
• Support managers with onboarding planning and conduct feedback and review processes.
• Organize and coordinate internal development and training offerings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of career and qualification paths.
• Manage learning content, training catalogs, and qualification records within the Academy.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure learning content is current and support digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications
