About the role
The Sales Operations Manager for Foundry will serve as the operational engine for Instructure's new product bets. You will own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle, from early strategy and market sizing through launch and performance tracking. This role requires building the operational playbook from scratch and driving repeatable sales motions for new products.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end GTM lifecycle for pod products.
- Shape the go-to-market approach with each pod, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategy.
- Design the sales motion, including coverage models, pipeline processes, and forecasting cadences.
- Build the reporting backbone in Salesforce and Excel to track pipeline health and performance.
- Run launch readiness, including CRM buildout and tool configuration.
- Own the graduation playbook for transitioning products into the core business.
