About the role

GENUINE Beauty GmbH is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the operational and commercial performance of their TikTok Shops. You will lead a team to execute commercial strategies, manage the TikTok Seller Center, and drive profitable growth through data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shop Management team by setting performance standards and providing regular coaching.
• Oversee operational and commercial performance across pricing, promotions, campaigns, listings, stock, and ads.
• Translate commercial and growth strategies into actionable priorities for the team within the TikTok Seller Center.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to analyze performance across products, brands, and accounts to ensure profitable growth.
• Manage pricing and promotional mechanics including coupons, flash deals, bundles, and discounts.
