Software Engineer

About the role

As a Software Engineer, you will develop features and technical components independently within agile teams. You will coordinate interfaces, evaluate solutions, and manage work through to release while balancing benefits, maintainability, and security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers to deliver effective digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end components, services, or APIs independently while maintaining system oversight.
• Propose workable solutions by weighing benefits, effort, maintainability, and security.
• Clarify interfaces with UX, Design, Delivery, and other engineering teams to identify dependencies.
• Validate changes through testing and reviews, managing the process from CI/CD to release.
• Plan technical areas of responsibility, address risks, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Share knowledge with junior engineers and contribute to full-stack development growth.
