Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

This senior role combines consulting, technology, and commercial responsibility to help customers solve business challenges using Smartsheet solutions. You will manage the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to scoping and commercial negotiation. The position focuses on driving growth within the DACH market while shaping the company's broader consulting and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer opportunities end-to-end from discovery through solution design, scoping, and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Smartsheet account executives on joint account planning and growth strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities through targeted research, strategic outreach, and marketing collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of the company's consulting and commercial approach.
• Mentor other consultants and take on increasing responsibility for commercial activities as the role progresses.
