Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

This senior role combines consulting, technology, and commercial responsibility to help customers solve business challenges using Smartsheet solutions. You will manage customer opportunities from discovery and solution design through to scoping and commercial negotiation. The position focuses on driving growth in the DACH market while building long-term customer relationships and shaping the company's consulting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer opportunities end-to-end from discovery through to commercial closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new use cases.
• Collaborate with Smartsheet account teams on joint account planning and growth strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities through targeted research, outreach, and marketing collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of the company's consulting and commercial approach.
• Mentor other consultants and take on increasing responsibility for commercial activities.
