About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Connectivity team, you will help build and optimize the networking backbone that enables remote driving. You will work on latency-sensitive distributed systems, testing solutions on hardware and using production data to improve performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance network stack used to transport data between the vehicle and the telestation.
- Integrate the Vay network stack into various target hardware and software platforms.
- Extend and maintain network testbeds and CI infrastructure.
- Profile and optimize the performance of the system.
- Triage incidents from the production system and create fixes and improvements.
