About the role
The Partner Engineer will serve as the technical backbone of Contentstack’s EMEA partner ecosystem, focusing on scaling the technical capabilities of systems integrators, digital agencies, and ISVs. This role involves owning technical relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners to help them architect, build, and sell Contentstack-based solutions independently. You will work within the Product Experience team to drive enablement strategies and provide technical guidance on modern, composable digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own partner technical enablement by executing strategies including training, certification paths, and workshops.
- Review partner-built accelerators, integrations, and marketplace apps for architecture and performance.
- Support pipeline and co-sell activities through technical discovery, architecture reviews, and POCs.
- Guide partners in designing reference architectures across commerce, DAM, search, and personalization.
- Serve as a technical resource on GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting requirements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner solution architects and engineering leaders.
- Capture and relay partner feedback to internal Product and Developer Experience teams.
