Solutions Engineer

About the role

Veriff is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to partner with the Sales team to drive new business and revenue growth across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. This role focuses on technical sales engagements, including discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept management to validate solutions for customers. You will act as a trusted technical partner, translating complex capabilities into business value while collaborating across internal teams to improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements and accelerate opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English to understand customer challenges and objectives.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical objections and deal blockers.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and improve product offerings.
