Senior Project Manager - Digital Communications

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex digital communication projects with a focus on CMS-based websites and information platforms. You will act as the interface between technology, communication consulting, design, and content teams to deliver successful solutions while managing scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves not only project delivery but also the active development of client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex digital implementation projects while maintaining scope, budget, quality, and timing.
• Oversee CMS-based information offerings and websites throughout their development and operation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including technology, UX, design, and content experts.
• Translate client requirements and challenges into concrete project goals and solutions.
• Identify new needs and potential for existing clients to further develop project and customer relationships.
• Contribute project expertise to proposals, tenders, and pitches.
• Manage diverse stakeholders to ensure clarity and effective collaboration in complex situations.
