Senior Network Developer

About the role

Share is building a global marketplace for bandwidth by aggregating telco infrastructure into a single intelligence layer. As a Senior Network Developer, you will own the network architecture end-to-end, designing and building a distributed, multi-provider fabric that is managed as software. You will be responsible for the backbone, PoP architecture, and the integration of automation to ensure network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design backbone and PoP architecture as standard, repeatable building blocks.
• Drive the transition to Segment Routing and a clean IP architecture.
• Build on disaggregated white-box hardware and manage hardware/software selection.
• Implement network automation using a source of truth, templated configuration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop telemetry and observability systems to monitor network performance.
• Utilize AI for anomaly detection, automated triage, and auto-remediation.
• Own network availability and lead incident response and post-mortem analysis.
