Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer will manage and optimize Sungrow Europe's data center infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms. This role involves ensuring the reliability and security of enterprise network services across European locations while leading technical troubleshooting and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data center infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Manage and optimize enterprise network services including routing, resilience, performance, capacity, and high-availability design.
• Take responsibility for Munich office connectivity including switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and meeting-room networks.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions for complex infrastructure issues.
• Support modernization, expansion, migration, disaster recovery, and technology-refresh initiatives.
• Strengthen security, compliance, and operational excellence through documentation, change management, and vulnerability remediation.

Qualifications
