Security Project Supervisor (CCTV)

About the role

Vizzia is expanding into the UK and seeking a CCTV Project Supervisor to lead the end-to-end rollout of installations across council sites. You will manage partner relationships, oversee technical commissioning, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. This role requires significant field mobility and hands-on coordination to ensure project delivery meets quality and uptime standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of installations across council sites from kick-off to handover.
• Oversee the configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet client requirements.
• Train and certify installation partners to ensure compliance with quality and uptime standards.
• Act as the interface between installation partners and HQ to coordinate schedules and priorities.
• Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils to triage and resolve issues.
• Conduct site surveys to validate camera types and locations and produce execution packs.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate spares to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
