About the role

The Director of Delivery & Teams will own the human side of the company's agent-native operating model, overseeing how client projects are staffed, executed, and managed. This leadership role involves guiding teams of engineers and strategists through the transition to AI-augmented workflows while ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth for staff. You will report to the Managing Director and work as a peer to the Director of AI Solutions & Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serving as line manager for heads in appliedAI Delivery and turning them into a leadership team
• Guiding engineers and strategists through the shift in work methods alongside AI agents
• Designing team structures and ways of working to ensure project flow
• Defining methods, quality standards, and review rituals for robust project delivery
• Managing staffing decisions, balancing client needs, utilization, and individual development
• Overseeing career paths, promotions, and salary development in collaboration with People Partners
• Acting as a client partner for strategic accounts to support their transformation
