Technical Outsource Manager

About the role

The Technical Outsource Manager acts as a bridge between high-tech clients and remote development teams in Bulgaria. You will manage long-term client relationships, oversee project quality and budgets, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves technical consulting, project planning, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients across multiple levels including technical specialists and project managers
• Participate in on-site client meetings and travel to Bulgaria
• Align functional and technical requirements, project planning, and reporting
• Provide technical consulting in your area of expertise
• Act as the technical interface between the client and remote development teams
• Collaborate on long-term outsourcing roadmaps and visions
• Create budgets for engineering proposals and manage additional project budgets

Qualifications
