About the role

As a Manager or Senior Manager in the Automotive Practice, you will lead strategic projects and drive the digital transformation of the automotive industry. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, manage project teams, and actively develop new business opportunities. The role focuses on building expertise, fostering team growth, and representing the firm in the market.

Responsibilities

• Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation.
• Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing the firm in the market.
• Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops for clients and at events.
• Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts.
• Support team members’ development through knowledge sharing and active coaching.
• Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level.
