Chief of Staff to the Managing Director

About the role

The Chief of Staff acts as the right hand to the Managing Director for Germany, driving cross-functional projects across B2B2C and B2C sales channels. This role involves managing the business operating rhythm, conducting strategic analyses, and acting as a proxy for the Managing Director with global teams. It is a hands-on position designed for someone seeking a steep learning curve and a path into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects end to end, such as optimizing sales and partnership channels and driving growth.
• Run the management cadence, including weekly business reviews and reporting to leadership.
• Build business cases and analyses covering channel economics, market sizing, and growth options.
• Take over high-priority operational topics such as initial hiring, process setup, and vendor negotiations.
• Serve as the primary interface to global functions including Finance, Legal, Market Access, and People.
