AI/ML Product Engineer

About the role

The AI/ML Product Engineer will build the insight layer of the Harmonic Security platform, developing machine learning models that interpret how users and agents interact with AI. This role involves taking problems from raw data to customer-facing insights, focusing on classification and clustering to identify value and risk. You will work within a product-focused team to deliver reliable, production-grade ML solutions that help enterprises adopt AI safely.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw AI usage data into actionable insights for customers.
• Own insight features end-to-end, from user requirements to production deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability.
• Quantify uncertainty and communicate confidence levels for product features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to shape the product surface.
• Adopt and integrate new models and approaches to keep pace with the evolving AI landscape.
