Developer Advocate, Data Platform

About the role

The Developer Advocate will focus on increasing customer productivity and adoption of Helius data platform products including LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, and APIs. This role involves creating technical content, building demo applications, and engaging with the developer community to provide support and gather feedback. You will act as a public face for the company, identifying developer pain points and proactively building solutions to address them.

Responsibilities

• Write code tutorials and technical deep dives on building with Solana data
• Build demo applications, starter repos, and SDK examples across LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, and APIs
• Create educational videos and tutorials
• Engage with developers on Discord, Telegram, X, and GitHub to answer questions and provide support
• Attend hackathons and conferences to run workshops and assist builders in person
• Communicate developer feedback to engineering and product teams and announce shipped fixes
