About the role
The Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of complex propulsion projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from requirements definition through to final delivery. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and technical interfaces within a fast-paced aerospace environment. The successful candidate will drive projects through design, manufacture, testing, and qualification to ensure reliable hardware delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own propulsion projects from initial requirements through design, manufacture, testing, qualification, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate teams across propulsion, chemistry, manufacturing, testing, systems, quality, procurement, and operations.
- Manage project risks, technical issues, interfaces, decisions, actions, and changes.
- Facilitate design reviews, readiness reviews, project reviews, and other programme gates.
- Provide clear project reporting and help improve project-management processes as the company grows.
