About the role

As an Operations Werkstudent at GALVANY, you will conduct digital home assessments with customers to lay the foundation for heat pump installations. You will work closely with order managers to integrate technical building details into the fine-planning process. This role requires a student with a technical background who can manage online appointments and document project data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online digital home assessments with customers using screen sharing and planning tools.
• Prepare customers for appointments by providing guidance on requirements like floor plans and internet connectivity.
• Record and document relevant technical building details in the fine-planning software.
• Upload completed project plans on time to ensure smooth project management.
• Collaborate with order managers to prioritize tasks and coordinate project workflows.
