Freelance Product Manager

About the role

Naturida is seeking an experienced freelance product manager to oversee the product portfolio for their beauty brand Bionera and other company brands. The role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and market research through to launch and ongoing performance optimization. You will work closely with labs, manufacturers, and internal teams to drive product development and ensure commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Bionera product roadmap.
• Oversee new product development from trend research and business case creation to launch.
• Brief and manage laboratories and contract manufacturers while negotiating offers.
• Optimize existing products by analyzing sales data, margins, and customer reviews to improve formulations and packaging.
• Coordinate compliance activities including safety assessments and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with marketing, Amazon, and operations teams to plan launches and track performance.
