Product Manager - Ledger & Reporting

About the role

The Product Manager for Ledger & Reporting will own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for the Reporting & Customer Reconciliation subdomain. You will work cross-functionally to define how internal teams and customers interact with financial data, ensuring accuracy and transparency. This role is central to the company's Billing 2.0 vision and the drive toward a self-serve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation.
• Drive transaction report fee breakdowns and ensure accurate fee representation.
• Build customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces.
• Improve internal financial reporting by replacing manual processes with automated pipelines.
• Collaborate across domains to ensure reporting data consistency.
• Define reporting structures for multi-entity and regulatory requirements.
• Own stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary product contact.
• Measure and iterate on KPIs for reporting accuracy and customer adoption.
• Ship with quality by writing clear PRDs and managing beta programmes.
