About the role
As Senior Product Manager for Mission Devices, you will own the hardware that puts the Hydris orchestration layer into the field. You will work end-to-end from discovery with operators through hardware build cycles to fielded units, ensuring devices function reliably in contested environments. You will define requirements, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver mission-critical hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Spend time with end users in their operating environment to understand workflows and validate assumptions through prototypes and field trials.
- Analyze contractual specifications to separate firm constraints from areas for technical innovation.
- Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap aligned to hardware build cycles, firmware releases, and OTA update pipelines.
- Define requirements and field metrics for devices, including detection performance, energy efficiency, and mission endurance.
- Prioritize investment across the device family and manage trade-offs between hardware, firmware, and communications.
- Act as the product champion and maintain alignment between the product vision, engineering teams, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

- Eligibility for German security clearance (SÜ2)
