AI & Automation Manager

About the role

The AI & Automation Manager will integrate AI into daily operations to improve efficiency across the company. This role involves developing AI agents, automating workflows, and identifying new technological opportunities to support management and various teams. You will work directly with leadership to build, test, and refine solutions that streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of AI agents for management and teams for tasks like meeting preparation, research, and email management
• Identification of new AI use cases and integration into existing systems like Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and Personio
• Evaluation of new AI tools and technologies to determine business value
• Creation of intelligent workflows to consolidate information across systems
• Development of automation workflows for KPI reporting, offer calculation, and tender management
• Support for marketing automation and lead flow processes
• Quality assurance, maintenance, and documentation of implemented solutions

Qualifications
