Compliance & Legal Manager

About the role

The Compliance & Legal Manager will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and negotiating customer and supplier contracts while managing ongoing legal matters. This role involves creating internal policies, overseeing risk management systems, and ensuring compliance with data protection, export control, and intellectual property regulations. The position serves as a key legal advisor to support the company's international business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and negotiate framework and individual contracts and general terms and conditions
• Support all corporate contract and commercial law inquiries
• Create internal policies in areas such as information security, data protection, and export control
• Build and develop risk management systems
• Manage data protection topics and intellectual property management, including patent oversight
• Monitor legal requirements and implement national and European regulations
• Support product compliance and export control audits
