About the role
This senior in-house legal role focuses on commercial legal programs and technology deal negotiations. The successful candidate will serve as a dedicated legal partner for B2B enterprise, technology alliances, and channel distribution partnerships, supporting the development of an indirect partner ecosystem. The role requires deep transactional expertise and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a scaling legal function.
Responsibilities
- Take primary ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements including GSI, channel partner, reseller, and technology alliance deals.
- Advise senior business stakeholders on deal structuring, risk allocation, and multi-jurisdictional go-to-market considerations.
- Partner with Product Legal to develop frameworks for self-serve commercial motions, including API access and usage-based licensing.
- Provide guidance on AI-related commercial arrangements, data-sharing agreements, and emerging technology implementations.
- Develop and maintain enterprise and channel contracting templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
- Design scalable legal infrastructure to support efficient deal execution across direct and indirect channels.
- Advise on go-to-market structures, pricing frameworks, and third-party distribution and embedding arrangements.

Qualifications
