Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for customers, steering projects from planning to successful completion. You will collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that time, budget, and quality remain in balance while proactively managing risks. Your role is essential in driving growth and creating lighthouse projects that advance the company's 360-degree platform for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers and align project requirements with the company's SaaS roadmap.
• Take full responsibility for customer projects through to successful completion.
• Develop lighthouse customers and support marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure contractual scope is met by monitoring time, budget, and quality.
• Identify risks early and manage escalations professionally.
• Document project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Support the acquisition of new projects and the development of customer relationships.
