About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and security-related public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and military or governmental requirements to develop resilient strategies and solutions. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technological challenges into concrete operational benefits.

Responsibilities

• You advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization and transformation projects.
• You analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges and develop robust solutions and target images.
• You translate military capabilities, operational requirements, and strategic goals into concrete digital solutions and technological architectures.
• You develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes and structures together with our clients.
• You accompany projects from strategic conception through professional design to implementation and ensure concrete customer benefit.
• You conduct workshops with various stakeholders and bring together professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• You work closely with experts from development, architecture, and delivery and take responsibility for the professional quality of the results.
• You observe technological and security policy developments and derive relevant impulses for our clients and our service portfolio.
