About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead large-scale IT projects of societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will translate client requirements into IT solutions, manage interdisciplinary teams, and advise clients throughout the digital transformation process.

Responsibilities

• Realize large IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methods
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage projects across a diverse technological environment including CMS, FMS, and low-code platforms
• Advise clients on digital transformation and the company portfolio throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and internal/external stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potential and drive change management processes
