Senior Data Scientist

About the role

The Data Science Functional Team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive product and business impact through statistical modeling, experiment design, and classifier implementation. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects ranging from search engine optimization to AI-assisted features while working within a privacy-first, evidence-based culture. This role requires a track record of leading high-complexity projects from scoping to production with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Define core growth metrics and build infrastructure to monitor trends and anomalies.
• Measure the impact of marketing campaigns and translate full-funnel data into actionable decisions.
• Build monitoring pipelines to detect shifts in search traffic patterns.
• Expand evaluation datasets for page context understanding across complex scenarios.
• Improve trigger systems for AI-assisted answers while balancing quality and privacy.
