Training Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Training Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of training courses and demo missions for unmanned aerial systems. This role involves managing UAV assets, maintaining equipment readiness, and driving operational excellence through process improvements. You will act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and participants while supporting the scaling of the global training organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support UAV training courses and demo events from planning through execution.
• Manage the allocation, maintenance, and tracking of UAV systems, payloads, and accessories.
• Perform software and firmware updates and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Continuously improve training and demo processes, standards, and documentation.
• Maintain training records, certifications, flight logs, and operational documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with aviation and internal quality requirements.
