About the role

The Senior Software Engineer is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for delivering complex technical solutions and elevating the effectiveness of the engineering team. This role focuses on tackling challenging problems, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and ensuring technical decisions align with established architecture and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex features and improvements
• Take ownership of technically significant or high-risk work
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, testable, and well understood
• Help diagnose and resolve complex production issues
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers
• Contribute strongly to code reviews and design discussions
• Support the Engineering Tech Lead in maintaining technical quality
• Identify technical risks and raise them early
