About the role

The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for processing incoming invoices in SAP and managing payment runs for national and international suppliers. The role involves maintaining master data, auditing travel expense reports, and supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Check, record, and post incoming invoices in SAP
• Create debit notes, re-invoicing, and payment runs for national and international suppliers
• Audit travel expense reports and monitor payment terms and discount periods
• Maintain creditor and debtor master data to ensure high data quality
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings through account reconciliation and accrual postings

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training such as office clerk, tax clerk, or industrial clerk
• Professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial accounting
