Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Staffbase is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a newly formed team dedicated to building custom solutions that extend their employee communications platform. You will own the development of these solutions from technical design through implementation and release, while partnering with stakeholders to define use cases. Additionally, you will help mentor mid-level engineers and establish engineering standards for the new team.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of custom solutions end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, and release
• Partner with stakeholders to define and detail use cases before development and validate solutions afterward
• Build across the stack including customer-facing UI, backend services, and integrations
• Mentor mid-level engineers and help bring structure and engineering standards to the team
• Work in a cross-functional, agile setup and produce high-quality, well-tested code
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews and share knowledge with peers
• Work iteratively by pushing code frequently and maintaining a healthy CI/CD pipeline
