About the role

Monday.com is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join their Enterprise Engineering group in London. This individual contributor role focuses on driving the development of infrastructure features and shaping product architecture from UI to database. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment to build foundational systems for large-scale enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping product architecture and engineering excellence.
• Evolve architecture and engineering practices to support the growing scale of users, features, and data.
• Work alongside experienced developers using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to take full ownership from conception to post-deployment.
