About the role

The Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance, utilizing agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. This role involves translating client requirements into IT solutions, managing interdisciplinary teams, and acting as a Product Owner in agile setups. The position requires advising clients on digital transformation and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct workshops with clients to develop strategies for digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potentials and proactively manage change processes
