Venture Manager USA

About the role

The Venture Manager USA will lead the market entry and expansion of the Kijimea brand into the United States. This role involves developing market entry strategies, establishing local operations, building a team, and managing supply chain and e-commerce activities to scale the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured roadmap for the US market entry including market analysis and target group definition.
• Identify the optimal location for the US headquarters and lead the recruitment and scaling of the local team.
• Build and manage a network of partners and suppliers while negotiating key contracts.
• Oversee local online marketing and e-commerce activities, adapting products and campaigns to the US market.
• Collaborate with the leadership team in Germany to drive strategic and operational success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, STEM, or a related field
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or a fast-growing scale-up

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
