Channel Manager

About the role

The Regional Partner Manager for EMEA is responsible for the strategy, enablement, and performance of strategic channel partners across DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA. This role involves recruiting new regional security partners and aligning them with Snyk's sales segmentation to build pipeline and revenue. The position is critical for scaling secure AI development adoption among European customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner strategy and business plan for EMEA, with a focus on DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA, including performance, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Partner with Snyk sales leadership and the broader team to build a joint plan and pipeline in each of your sub-regions.
• Develop and embed Snyk into your partners' DevSecOps strategy and business plans, covering every aspect of the relationship.
• Recruit and onboard regional, security-focused partners across key markets in DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA.
• Adapt your approach to the partner landscape, buying behavior, and language needs of each sub-region.
• Build and maintain an alliance partner plan, along with activity and performance reports.
• Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with partner and internal stakeholders.
• Align partners to Snyk's sales segmentation and to the right Snyk sales teams.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with partners and peers to build strong, lasting partnerships.
• Represent Snyk at partner activities and events across the region.
