Applied AI Engineer

About the role

You will build agents that run real parts of the business, taking on real work and improving based on results. You will sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to growth pods to identify problems and own solutions end to end. You will work with the latest orchestration tools and frontier models to ensure agents are reliable, measurable, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Build agents using the company's platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models
• Identify and solve problems within growth pods
• Ensure agent reliability, measurability, and safety for business operations
• Ship production systems starting from vague problem definitions
• Evaluate LLM performance and identify failure points
• Measure the effectiveness of built solutions
